Shipping

When do you ship orders?

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed. We send orders on Monday to Friday (with the exception of UK bank holidays and some days over the Christmas period).

What if I make a mistake with my address?

Please double check your address is correct before placing your order or contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will do our best to rectify the error, however incorrect addresses are often out of our control once the order has been shipped.

Does my shipping include taxes / import duty?

Outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply. Please be aware, this includes Europe.

Please do not refuse delivery of your order. If you reject your order or refuse to pay import and it is returned to us, we will not refund your shipping fee and reserve the right to deduct the additional return shipping and holding fees from your order. Please also note, your order is not tracked on return and we hold no responsibility in this circumstance if your order is lost in transit. Please decide carefully before ordering.

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. Please note, the above shipping times are predictions, and sometimes circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while and you think your order may be lost, please get in touch so we can help you.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I'd like to return something?

We accept returns on full price items that do not fit or in the unlikely event that there is a fault in the garment*. Sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for another item or credit note. Sample sale items and hair accessories (incl. hats) are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Please decide carefully before ordering.

Items must be returned in original condition with the swing tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot cover cost of returns unless item is faulty. We advise you return your item using a secure tracked postal method, with proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received.

*If a garment is faulty, we will offer a replacement garment (stock permitting). If unavailable, we will offer an alternative or refund you. Please note, linen often has some inconsistencies in the weave. These are not faults, rather unavoidable natural imperfections of the fabric.

Please make sure to get in touch if you wish to return an item, with the subject line 'return'.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please be aware orders go out quickly and it is rarely possible to cancel an order once it's been placed. However, if you'd like to try, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
